This is really cute! <img src="e.deviantart.net/emoticons/s/s…" width="15" height="15" alt=":)" title=":) (Smile)" /> I also absolutely love how clean your lines are, it's very easy on the eyes. I'm pretty jealous, I wish I could get my lines to look so clear and clean like that.

Now, I've noticed that his head a little large and is lacking in some areas. As it is now, his body would definitely not be able to support his head. Shrinking it a bit would help your proportions a lot.

Also, adding shadows beneath him would make him look like he belongs in the picture. If you look at it now, he almost looks like a sticker on a page.

For your sky, add more colors! I know that when you look up at the sky it appears to be one flat color, but it isn't always. Sometimes you have lighter patches or more vivid patches. Making the sky darker would help make it look more like night-time too.

And to make your character look like he's in a dark setting, you could use the "Hue" option in photoshop on a low opacity setting and use a dark color (dark blue) to go over him.

Overall this is really nice and I like the pose of the character as well! <img src="e.deviantart.net/emoticons/h/h…" width="15" height="13" alt="" title="Heart" />
